Also I have about 5 customers that need mowed if you need it we usually don 't start till next month but with this warm winter its coming quick just let me know.

2026 Season Update: Lawn Theory / Thomas Lawn and Landscape
Valued customers, As we gear up for the new season, we have some exciting updates to share regarding our services and our commitment to keeping your property looking its best. 1. New Identity: Lawn Theory We are officially transitioning to an LLC under our new name, Lawn Theory. Our new website is currently live, and we’ll be adding more features soon to improve your experience. 2. Pricing & Maintenance Updates Annual Adjustment: To maintain our quality of service, we are implementing a 10% price adjustment effective this season. This change was deferred from last year, but is now necessary due to rising operational costs. Note: This does not apply to contracts signed within the last 12 months and my large properties. Overgrowth Policy: Excessive rain often leads to rapid growth. If grass height requires a "double cut" to maintain our standards, a 50% surcharge will be applied for that visit. This helps cover the additional labor and time required to ensure a clean finish. Let me know if your not worried bout the double cutting and we will not do it. Scheduling Note: For those on bi-weekly schedules, please be aware that weather delays can occasionally push service back. If it rains for a week, it may take up to 3 weeks to get back on track. We appreciate your patience during these peak growth periods! 3. Referral Program We love working with neighbors of our great clients! For every new customer you refer who signs up for a seasonal service, we will apply a $50 credit to your account as a thank you.
